Experienced Technology Leader Adam Wallace Joins the OnShift Executive Team to Support the Company’s Rapid Growth
OnShift, a leader in human capital management software for post-acute care and senior living, today announced that Adam Wallace has joined the company as Chief Product Officer. Wallace will lead OnShift’s product management and development teams, ensuring the continued production of innovative and easy-to-use software that helps providers lower costs, drive operational efficiencies, and improve quality of care. OnShift added the executive position in response to the significant growth the company is experiencing in long-term care and senior living.
Wallace has over 20 years of technology experience, having held leadership positions with a range of organizations from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies including Oracle, Explorys, BEA, MRI Software, and Flashline. Throughout his career, Wallace has successfully scaled and developed teams by focusing on organization design, Agile methodologies, and process improvement. This has led to Wallace being recognized as one of Computerworld’s “Premier 100 IT Leaders.”
