Active Media is a spin-off company of ClubCom, Inc., the leading private music television network for the fitness industry. The principal shareholders of Active Media founded ClubCom in January of 2000, and completed a strategic sale of ClubCom to Amer Group, PLC in January 2004. As part of the transaction, Active Media retained all advertising and promotional rights over the ClubCom network.
