Will Indest Joins Draper Triangle as New Managing Director

A Pittsburgh venture capital firm that’s been an active investor in early-stage Ohio companies is opening a Columbus office to be headed by TechColumbus veteran Will Indest.

Draper Triangle Ventures has raised $40 million toward a $75 million to $100 million fund, Draper Triangle III, to invest in early-stage technology companies in Ohio, western Pennsylvania and Michigan. Draper Triangle is the Midwest partner of Menlo Park, Calif.-based Draper Fisher Jurvetson, a global VC network with $7 billion raised since 1985.
