Waiting for the Cable Guy

An IBOPE Zogby poll conducted on behalf of TOA Technologies found that the time spent waiting for in-home services and appointments cost American workers $37.7 billion in 2011. Nearly three-quarters of the 1,000 respondents perceived the cost of one hour of their time to be worth more than $15/hour, with the average consumer losing close to $250 last year waiting for someone to show up at their home.
