TOA Technologies has been selected by John Lewis Department Stores as its platform to support a new appointment booking system across all its department stores. The TOA solution will initially be used across all 28 stores to provide a nationwide view of appointments; eventually it will be expanded to support online bookings and those from “at home” shops.
