Aethon, Inc., a global leader in autonomous mobile robot solutions for healthcare and industry, is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Tim DeRosett as Vice President of Product Strategy for Industrial Automation.

DeRosett joins Aethon most recently from Blue Ocean Robotics U.S. where he was CEO and established the company in the U.S. market. “Blue Ocean Robotics has been, and will continue to be a valued partner for Aethon in our international markets. We view Tim’s transition to our team as strategic and positive for both organizations,” Aldo continued.

Prior, DeRosett was Dir of Strategic Initiatives at Yaskawa Motoman. He was also VP of Sales & Marketing at Flexomation. DeRosett also held the positions of Dir of Marketing and Dir of Product Management at Adept Technology. DeRosett has also served as a board member of the Robotic Industries Association (RIA) and advisory committee member to RoboBusiness and the Automate Show.
